Classes at S.O.S.

At S.O.S. Pole Fitness, we have classes for all fitness levels.

Get class-ready

Bring along a water bottle and yoga mat and wear athletic clothing--like shorts and a sports bra--so you can get maximum grip on the pole. Skip lotions ahead of class and leave your jewelry at home.

In class

Expect to share a pole with another dancer if the class is full. But don't worry--you'll still be working up a sweat on the dancefloor with high-energy music and dynamic movement.

Progression

Level 0: Pole 101

Start here! This is the foundation for your time at S.O.S. Pole and is required for all new students.

 

To level up: 

3 Pole 101 classes or 2 Pole 101 classes + 1 low flow for newbies.
