Service Description
Ascend- Up the pole workshop. Pre requisite: Advanced beginner heels and level 1 skills. Must be comfortable climbing. This workshop is designed to level up your pole flow by focusing on techniques up the pole. Rather than emphasizing low flow, Ascend is all about exploring aerial pathways and refining your movements while learning sequences—with ankle weights on! Expect to learn static rotation, carousel climbs and bracket holds/walks.
Cancellation Policy
Must pre-register. All sales are final. Cancellations: You must cancel your class at least 2 hours in advance in order to use the class at a later time.
